1. What we collect
- Account data: email, nickname, password hash, optional profile fields you provide.
- Content: stories, comments, reactions, marketplace listings you create.
- Usage data: activity needed to run the gamification system (visibility score, streaks, tasks completed).
- Payment data: processed by Paystack. We don't store full card numbers.
- Device data: standard server logs (IP, user-agent) for security.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service, personalize your experience, prevent fraud, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud, Paystack) that process it on our behalf. We don't sell your personal data.
4. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from Settings, or by contacting us. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and local-storage entries to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See our Cookie Notice.
6. Security
Passwords are checked against known-breached databases. We use row-level security and least-privilege access on our database.
7. Children
SprigTales is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.
