1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SprigTales (“we”, “us”, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Who can use SprigTales
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Don't share accounts, create multiple accounts to game rewards, or impersonate others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant SprigTales a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, spam, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to abuse the SprigCoin economy (including referral fraud, multi-accounting, or automated activity).
6. SprigCoins
SprigCoins are an in-app utility credit with no cash value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted, expired, or revoked if obtained through abuse, error, or fraud.
7. Purchases
Payments are processed by Paystack. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
